Strategic messaging + organizational rollout
Your buyers have changed how they research, compare and decide. Your competitors are shipping faster. The strategy that got you here probably needs a rewrite, and that investment only pays off if everyone carries the story forward.
You lead the change, we drive it. You and your team get the credit.
30 minutes with Greg and Lisa.
Selected client experience / Quantious

Mid-market companies whose marketing hasn’t caught up with the business.
Where the work gets stuck
Recently, Greg rebuilt a company’s positioning and sales story. Leadership loved it. Then it went to twelve stakeholders for sign-off and died in committee.
Sales returns to its familiar pitch.
Marketing carries pieces of the new story.
The rollout waits on owners, approvals and resources.
You paid for the strategy. The company never got it, because it crossed departments you can’t move by yourself.
Meanwhile, customers hear even more muddled messaging.
A better way forward
Most firms hand you a strategy and leave. We start work on the rollout before the strategy is final, so the people who have to approve it have already shaped it. By the time it’s done, it’s theirs.

Agree who you serve, why you win and the evidence behind it.
Pull the approvers into the work early, so their review becomes ownership.
Every decision and every asset has a name on it and a date next to it.
Sales, site, decks, campaigns. We check that it stuck.
The aim: a shared story, supported teams and a clear route into the market.
What you’re working toward
A clear story, backed by a rollout that brings it to life. We agree on the priorities, owners and signs of progress together.

Leadership and customer-facing teams can each say who you serve and why you win, in the same words.
Sales and marketing assets rebuilt in order of impact, reflecting your story in language that resonates with buyers.
We work within your existing tools and workflows, sequencing the rollout so every priority decision and asset has a clear owner and approval path.
We track what’s in use and who’s still on the old pitch, and give your people practical guidance to use the new materials.
Who you’re working with
Two complementary strengths, brought together to help drive the change you need to make. We build on what’s already clear, and focus where your team needs help.

“The entire team at Quantious is a pleasure to work with and have made my life so much easier ... Our team is lucky to have you as a partner.”
How we begin
Three steps. The first is a conversation. The second is a fixed-scope assessment with real deliverables, and it tells us both whether the full engagement makes sense.

Thirty minutes with Greg and Lisa. What needs to change, and what’s stalled.
No costA short, fixed-scope engagement: we audit the current positioning, map the stakeholders and approval path, and hand you a rollout plan with owners. Run it yourself or with us.
Fixed scope, real deliverablesGreg sharpens the strategy. Quantious runs the rollout, gets the approvers on board early, and stays until it’s in use.
Strategy + rolloutBefore we talk
Yes. We build on the positioning and work you already have. If a launch, reorganization or rollout has stalled, we help identify the gap and connect the people, materials and decisions needed to move it forward.
We agree who owns what at the start. Greg leads the strategy; Lisa and Quantious lead the rollout. We work alongside your internal teams and agency partners, with clear approvals and shared visibility. Your team keeps ownership and credit.
The discovery call costs nothing. If there’s a fit, the assessment is a short, fixed-scope piece of work: a positioning audit, a map of your stakeholders and approval path, and a rollout plan with owners. You can run that plan yourself or with us. For a full engagement, we agree deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees in a scoped proposal before work begins.
Most rebrands stall after the strategy is signed off, when each team is left to work out what it means on its own. We bring the approvers in before the strategy is final, give every asset an owner and a date, and stay through the rollout to check what’s actually in use. The story takes hold because your people helped build it.
